Hi. I'm Karen. That one there is Joe. And we're the Dessert Labs. Or we will be quite shortly.
This is our adventure, or experiment if you will. We just moved across the country from New York to California.
We're anxious to start our own company based on our own values, interest, and experience.
Joe is a pastry chef with Celiac Disease. And I'm the one with marketing, writing, accounting, etc experience. So if it isn't edible, I probably had a hand it in.
I've been involved with the DIY and crafting community for the past 2 years and hope to bring some of that experience to this as well.
Joe, well he makes some of the most delicious things I think I've ever eaten. We hope you'll say the same thing one day.
Today we're polishing our business plan and figuring out how to get a loan to start a Gourmet Dessert Truck in San Francisco.
