Extra rich and moist with loads of bananas in the batter and a smattering of ooey-gooey chocolate chips. Entirely gluten-free.
One of the best thing about good gluten-free baking is how it's usually better the second day. And while these are amazing today, when they came out of the oven yesterday, the chocolate chips melted in my mouth and oozed into the warm sugary bananas, it was heaven.
