Product Suggestions Welcome

We've decided to put up an etsy shop for Dessert Labs. We're going to focus it on items that are easily shipped across the country and with a long shelf life. You'll still be able to order directly from us to pick up at the kitchen the full range of products. You'll also be able to order something and have it shipped right to your door.

Right now we're thinking breads (sandwich bread, a crustier loaf, and bagels), cookies, muffins, and some gluten free flour mixes with directions so you can make your own goodies.

We'd love to get some feedback on what you'd like to see in our etsy shop. Any items you would love to have shipped to you? And we're planning our valentine's day specials, so if you have any ideas for V-Day that would be terrific too. We have a few of our own brewing...

Weekly Box December 31st

Hooray it's time for the weekly box again.

This is the box full of gluten free staples to last you through the week. Order it by Thursday for pick up on Saturday Friday. (We're closed on Saturday for New Year's Day, but we'll be open Friday instead.)

It's a weekly order of bread, cookies, and muffins. You can join in for one week or every week. Just let us know by Thursday if you'll pick one up on Saturday Friday.

This week's weekly box includes:

• Your choice of one loaf of honey or rustic bread
• 6 walnut raisin muffins
• 12 chocolate chip cookies

For $22. One box is suggested for 1 - 2 people and two boxes for a small family.

Merry Christmas if you celebrate it. We do and we're taking the day off. We'll be back next week. Speaking of next week. Next Saturday is New Year's Day and we'll be closed again. So we're going to be open on Friday again instead!

Gluten Free Holiday Specials

Gluten Free Yule Log

It's almost Christmas and we're feeling somewhat like elves putting together presents and wrapping up cookies for our friends and family and yours too.

If you're looking for something special for the holidays, we've got your covered.

Yule Logs are a traditional christmas dessert, though in my family we slice it up for breakfast and eat it while we open gifts. It's a gluten free rolled cake, light and spongey, covered in buttercream and with a few meringue decorations.

Holiday Cookies come in all shapes and sizes: stars, christmas trees, and candy canes in this case. Just perfect for decorating. We make the mess and you get the fun.

We also have an array of cookies packaged together in a festive tin. We have shortbread and snickerdoodles, ginger snaps and chocolate chip, and my favorite, pfeffernusse.

We still have pies through the end of the year and we're happy to take special orders.

I know gluten free can be hard at the holidays, with all the visiting and baked goods, but we've got your back. Let us know if we can make your special christmas tradition gluten free.
