Farmers' Market Menu for Saturday May 28th

Last weekend was really good for us at the Hillsboro Farmers' Market. Thanks to everyone that stopped by and bought treats or even just oohed or aahed as they walked past. Seems like the market is really picking up. Every weekend there are more people.

We did some sun-dancing last weekend and even managed to see blue sky for a bit. We're hoping to at least keep the rain at bay this week. But we hope to see you even if we get a little wet!

This Saturday you can find us with all sorts of goodies:

Chai Tea Cream Puffs

You may have noticed that we have jelly donuts on the list. You may be thinking to yourself, "Who knew you could make gluten free donuts?" Well I'm here to tell you that not only is it possible, but they're delicious. These particular ones are a fried brioche filled with raspberry preserves. They're sweet, gooey, and everything you want a donut to be.

Weekly Box for May 31st

Hooray it's time for the weekly box again!

This is the box full of gluten free staples to last you through the week. Order it by Sunday for pick up/delivery on Tuesday.

It's a weekly order of bread or bagels, cookies, and muffins. You can join in for one week or every week. Just let us know by Sunday.

This week's weekly box includes:

• honey or rustic bread
• Rosemary-Garlic Bagels
• Nutmeg and Brown Butter Muffins
• Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Indvidiual Boxes ($15 each)
4 bagels, 4 muffins, 6 cookies

(Individual boxes are now available for mail order too!)

Family Size Boxes ($25 each)
1 loaf of bread or 6 bagels, 6 muffins, 12 cookies

 

Every Wednesday check here to see what this week's weekly box is. Then you'll order by Sunday at 5pm. Your box will be ready on Tuesday. You can choose to:

• pick up the weekly box from our kitchen between 11 - 1pm
• have it delivered by bike to your home or office (are you in our delivery range?)
• have it mailed directly to you

Hillsboro Farmers' Market Saturday May 21st

We'll  be in Hillsboro again tomorrow with our delicious treats.

I wanted to make some joke about tomorrow being the end of the world and therefore we all need to eat yummy things, but I either sounded too sarcastic or like I believe it. It's weird, but the true things being said are funnier than I could ever be.

Either way, hope to see you tomorrow in Hillsboro. We've got some new things for you! Plus sunshine!

Saturday at the Hillsboro Farmers' Market

We'll  be in Hillsboro again tomorrow. The weather report says rain, but we're hoping for at least a break in the clouds. We'll be there rain or shine though.
