In this two hour class, you will learn:
• How to read packaging and ingredient lists to find unsuspecting gluten
• About the variety of gluten free flours available and where to find them
• Basic gluten free baking theory and how to modify an existing recipe to be gluten free
You will make your own gluten-free baked goods and bring them home to share with your family and friends!
